The Importance of sleep
Okay guys, i know most people sleeps only for 4-5hours a day *glares at Geradline who sleeps only 3
And people complain that they just can't sleep.
So i went to look for info.
How to get a Good night sleep In five basic steps K.A.R.J.U.N
  1. Keep a regular sleeping/waking up schedule
  2. Always think of KJ!
  3. Ready to drool on bed while thinking of KJ!
  4. Just Think don't, you know :)
  5. *sarah said this u will never know how KJ's smile will make you fly
  6. N get ready for a Good night sleep !
